Vacation Summer 2019 Family Event Album.
Following a 2018 theme: In 2003 Karen and I visited Holland's Kinderdijk windmills and rode bikes around them. We did the same with Emily and Thomas joining us on bikes this time. Paris was first as Emily learned about the Eiffel Tower in school. Rotterdam was a new experience for all of us. But I would probably say that Disneyland Paris was the kid's favorite part of the trip.
Our Germany September 2018 Trip
In 2008 Karen and I went to Italy and ended that trip by meeting friends in Munich for the 2008 Oktoberfest. Ten years later we reunited and brought Emily and Thomas with us to show them where we stayed in 2008 at a farm in Eitting. Emily and Thomas especially enjoyed Therme Erding, Oktoberfest rides, a Bayern Munich soccer game and castles. They brought schoolwork with them to keep up with studies at home.
2012 Travel Albums links to three different albums from our Hungary Trip: Tiszadada Village, Hortobagy National Park Visit, and Szekesfehervar Area activities. This was the first time that Emily and Thomas flew.
July 2016 UK Vacation Travel
Emily was learning about England in school and wanted to see red telephone booths, double decker buses, and the Queen. We spent some time in London and saw buses, booths but not the Queen. For the kids, Legoland Windsor, Cantref Adventure Park, and Rhossili Bay beach in Wales were favorites. We also met our England friends in Hereford
